HECHO OCURRIDO Y ESCLARECIDO EN PEHUAJÓ.
DETENCION, ALLANAMIENTOS,
SECUESTROS DE ARMAS ESCLARECIMIENTO DE HECHO ABIGEATO Y DAÑO.-
SECUESTROS DE ARMAS ESCLARECIMIENTO DE HECHO ABIGEATO Y DAÑO.-
Coordinación de Zona de Seguridad
Rural Pehuajó, comunica a la comunidad, que a raíz de denuncia formulada por el
ciudadano CORRAL BERNARDO, en
el CPR Pehuajó, dando cuenta que autores ignorado/s, aprovechando las horas
nocturnas, en establecimiento rural sito a la vera de la Ruta 5, Kilometro 359
de Pehuajó, le faenaron tres animales
vacunos y le mataron un perro, en cumplimiento de directivas emanadas de la
Superintendencia de Seguridad Rural, se comisiona al Jefe de CPR Comisario ROBERTO CEOLA y personal subalterno,
como así también al Comisario SANDRO
MERLO, Y Mayor GERVASI JORGE, pertenecientes al Grupo Operativo de esta
Coordinación, quienes iniciaron
las tareas investigativas, interceptando una camioneta S 10 color celeste,
Ptte. BNZ 226, con intenciones de ingresar a un lavadero para quitarle las
manchas de sangre. Se identifica al conductor y se establece que se trata de
una persona que tiene carnicería en este medio de Pehuajó.- Se secuestra la
camioneta, balas de carabina calibre 22 y se aprehende a dicha persona que es
mayor de edad y se establece la participación de otro masculino mayor de edad.
Se solicitan diligencias de allanamientos para con los domicilios de ambos
involucrados, las cuales fueron otorgadas de urgencia por el Fiscal Dr. MANUEL IGLESIAS, del
Departamento Judicial de Trenque Lauquen, las que fueron efectivizadas de
inmediato, una en domicilio sito en la calle Quiroga al 300 aproximadamente, domicilio
de uno de los imputados, donde se procedió al secuestro de cuartos, paletas,
costillares, chuleteros, totalidad de
cortes cárnicos correspondientes a los tres animales sustraídos, los que se
encontraban colgados con ganchos de carnicero, ocultos debajo de un toldo de
fabricación casera con nailon de silo bolsa, también se secuestraron chuchillos,
chaira, cueros y las 12 patas correspondientes a los 3 animales vacunos
sustraídos, como así también la cadena
del perro que habían matado, ´prendas con manchas de sangre y pelos de vacunos
.- También se diligenció allanamiento en domicilio sito en la calle Méndez
donde se secuestro una carabina calibre 22 con mira telescópica y una escopeta
calibre 16 de dos caños ambas con cartuchos en recamara dispuestas para el disparo.- Como consecuencia de la presente
investigación con los allanamientos y los secuestros, se dio una inmediata
respuesta al damnificado ilustrando con prueba documental quienes fueron los
responsables de la comisión del ilícito en perjuicio de sus bienes.- La Fiscalía
del Dr. Manuel Iglesias y la Fiscalía Descentralizada a cargo del Dr. Luis
Caldentey, del Departamento Judicial de
Trenque Lauquen, intervinientes en el presente hecho avalaron lo actuado.-
